Iron County 

Iron County, in Southern Utah, became our client in late 2023. The county was interested in our oblique imagery and 3D mesh technology for the assessor's office and emergency management applications. FinBee TAC mapped over 200,000 acres with unmanned aircraft, for the 2024 collection year. We worked closely with the client providing data sharing, web hosting, advanced analytical tools, and instantaneous measurement capabilities for structures within 5 sq/ft. Our solutions are revolutionizing the way assessing is done in the state of Utah. FinBee provided Iron County with ownership of the imagery collected, adding value to the organization. Topographic, advanced cut/fill, and elevation models were all included with our services to the county. This allowed for improved flood management with accurate flood animation, utilizing survey grade imagery on a large scale.
